BARCA WINE CELLARS of CALIFORNIA has been producing wines for several centuries and uses a Special Century old age wine making process and formula in blending varietal and vintage wines. Barca wines choose the best vintage and varietal grapes from certain areas of California to make the best premium wines possible. These premium grapes and varietals have to meet our specified grape crush and wine making process and procedures. Barca Premium and Vintage wines are aged in the very best stainless steel tanks and French Oak Cast barrels; we are considered one of the very best winery facilities in California.

BARCA WINE CELLARS of CALIFORNIA selects only the best grapes and produces the best premium wines which are on a limited supply basis only. Our Barca Wine labels will specify the vintage year and grape crush, variety of wine, and the area where the 100% varietal grapes come from. Barca Mountain Generic and Vintage Wines (Blends)and Varietals

BARCA GENERIC WINES are named for wine regions that are universally known, and whose wines are considered typical. Burgundy, Chablis, Sherry and Port are generic names.

BARCA VARIETAL WINES are named after the principal grape variety used in their production. Cabernet Sauvignon, Chenin Blanc, Gamay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Semillon and Zinfandel are varietal names.
BARCA VINTAGE DATES - when a date is shown on a label, all the wine in the bottle is of that year.
BARCA ESTATE WINES - when a bottle of our wine has Estate Bottled on the label, it means the wine grapes produced for that wine were proven on the winery premises.

Barca Premium Generic Wines

Our Barca Premium Generic Wines are blended in a vintage wine making procedure from the best varieties and vintage grapes that could be put into a generic wine.

Barca Burgundy and Red Table Wines

Our Premium Burgundy and Red table Generic Wines are blended in a premium vintage procedure. These wines are a variety blend of Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our best vineyards in California and Italy

Barca Chablis White Table Wines

Our Premium Chablis and White Table Generic Wines are blended in a premium vintage procedure. These wines are a variety blend of French Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Chardonnay grapes from our best vineyards in California and Italy

Barca Vin Rose Table Wines

Our premium Vin Rose Generic Table Wines are blended in a premium vintage procedure. These wines are a variety blend of Pinot Noir, French Colombard and Chenin Blanc grapes from our best vineyards in California and Italy
