• VIN ROSE (Van Roe-zay) - A gay pink wine, delicate fruity; of outstanding character and flavor. It harmoniously accompanies many foods.
• BARCA RED WINES
• CABERNET SAUVIGNON - The finest red wine variety grown in the Napa valley. A medium to full bodied dry wine with great depth and color. Astringent when young but velvety and smooth with proper age. Its bouquet and flavor is characteristic of the variety.
• MERLOT (Mer-lo) - A very fine red wine variety grown in the Napa Valley. A medium to full bodied dry wine with great depth and color. Similar to a Cabernet Sauvignon, but less astringent, and requiring less aging for that velvet smooth quality.
• PINOT NOIR - (Pea-no Nwahr) - A dry red wine that is harmonious in balance, soft yet pleasingly tart. The aristocrat of all Burgundy varieties.
• GAMAY BEAUJOLAIS - (Gamay Bo-jo-lay) - A light dry medium bodied wine with a somewhat delicate flavor. One of the most fruity of red wines and very zesty in character.
• ZINFANDEL - A fruity dry red wine, truly Californian. It is soft, spicy, yet unique in character.
• BURGUNDY - A superior dry red table wine, well balanced, medium bodied with a pleasing bouquet and flavor.
• CLARET - A dependable dry red wine. Light in body, delicate in flavor and pleasing to the palate.

• JOHANNISBERG RIESLING - (Reez-ling) - A dry white wine with a fragrant softness - light to medium bodied with the distinctive flavor of the variety. The finest of the Riesling Family.
• GREY RIESLG - (Reez-ling) - A soft, fruity, light, fresh uncomplicated white wine made from the Grey Riesling or Chauche Gris grapes.
• GEWURZ TRAMINER\ - (Ge-woorts Tra-mee-ner) - Straw to light gold in color with a distinguished varietal aroma and flavor that is spicy and almost Muscat-like, medium bodied and well balanced.
• CHENIN BLANC (Shaw-nan Blahnk) - A crisp, medium dry white wine of medium body, made from the Chenin Blanc grape. It possesses the fruity bouquet and flavor unique to this variety.
• CHARDONNAY - Rare wine from the Chardonnay grape. Medium bodied and dry with a flavor that is characteristic of the variety. One of the finest of white wines.
• FUME-BLANC (Foo-may) - A piquant, dry, medium bodied white wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. It has a spicy aroma with considerable finesse and longevity.
• CHABLIS (Sha-blee) - A sprightly, light bodied dry white wine.
